Eileen Mendoza currently serves as Director of WIC for South Plains Community Action Association, Inc., Levelland Texas.  Eileen graduated with a BA in Human Nutrition and Dietetic Sciences from New Mexico State University.  She has worked with SPCAA for 17 years and 5 years of those have been as WIC Director.
