Immunization Requirements:

You will be required to provide proof of current immunizations for MMR, Varicella, Tdap, HepB, and a negative TB test. The complete immunization documentation must be emailed to the Lactation Foundation at least 3 weeks prior to the class date or you will be cancelled from the class.

If you are an RN but do not currently work in Maternal/Child Health or a Baby Friendly Hospital, you will need to complete 2 pre-requisites. Go back to the Course Information page for specifics.
