- The Texas Association of Local WIC Directors, TALWD, is a professional organization made up of local WIC Directors who put forth efforts to influence program planning, changes to WIC policies, coordination between local and state agencies, and implementation and administration of the WIC Program on the local, state, and federal level. Our mission is to partner with the Texas WIC State Agency, advocate for WIC's mission, and provide a framework for WIC Directors.

Jenifer Gregory

Jenifer Gregory
Secretary

Jenifer Gregory is the WIC Director for Local Agency 20 Regence Health Network, and she manages 9 locations within rural west Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Texas Tech University and a Master of Public Health from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. In addition, she completed a dietetic internship through Texas WIC. Jenifer has worked at the local agency level 25 years, and she has been a WIC Director for 4 years. She has served TALWD in various capacities including Regional Representative, Technology Task Force, QA Task Force, and has served on several TALWD committees.
